Awful people... The girl yelled at my 4 year daughter and made her cry for leaning against a fish tank.. I do understand that she shouldn't be doing that but no need to yell at her to the point if her crying... There was no need for that.. She was acting like she was running around screaming and yelling tearing stuff up and my daughter was just sitting there..
Bad experience. I was trying to check out at the counter, the girl behind the counter was chatting with a customer about horses. She was aware I was there. But decided talking about her horse was more important it got to the point of embarrassing me. So I left items on the counter and left.
They are great people! My daughter has been so patient going in there so many times testing her water in her tank and finally today was able to get more fish! We now have 4 glow fish and spot lights!! Thanks for all your help these past few months :)

Casey and his staff are awesome! Even though I have a tiny fish tank, they are always a huge help and full of much needed knowledge!
Very refreshing to see such clean tanks in a pet store!
Best people around they know their stuff. I've never lost a fish from them and great advice deff a great family place and caring staff.
