Had an apprasial on our property in August 2010 by another company..Anchor appraised it on Feb.2011 , they appraised it for \$50,000. LESS after improvements. While in our home he was not very professional...I would NOT recommend them for any appraisals you need done...ruined our chances for a refi, PLUS cost us \$400.00.
