RE: Review from Tom B. This review is not for Anchor Appliance Repair in Anchorage Ak. They are a repair only business. They do not nor have they ever sold new appliances. Also they are only open Monday thru Friday. They have never been open on Saturday or Sunday.
Extremely poor customer service! I have purchased from Anchor Appliance before and decided to do so again, due to a dryer that died on me (it was an Amana which I bought at Anchor only four years ago). Even though that dryer should not have died in such a manner, I decided to go to Anchor again. What a big mistake!
