I see that lately there are a few negative reviews. I had a frustrating time on my 6/27 visit as well. I hope it is realized that these are due to the latest set of staff who seemed to be poorly trained. Hopefully they will get better real soon. Once I saw the Dr. I made my concerns as well as those who were there all day with me known to him. He was very concerned as is his nature.
