Service on my 2022 Corolla SE M6 was completed yesterday. The email from the dealership requesting feedback, came through today. Hence this review. My car hasn't hit 30,000 kms yet. I was the last appointment of the afternoon. When I rolled out, the sun was at retna-melting level. Once I got home, I realized that the automatic parking break function had been left disabled. (I've since corrected it myself). When my car started rolling down my driveway, I thought I better figure out what was going on... 🙄 The service reminder... read more
Scheduled an appointment for a specific timing. Dropped off car an hour early. Car was ready for pickup 2.5 hours after the designated timing. It was a simple "maintenance 1" job, one hour according to the service rep. So 2.5 hours is a fail. Do better Ancaster Toyota maintenance.
You guys deserve a 5 star because the service I got and the respect you give is awesome. Thank you again for your excellent service!! I'm really enjoying my Tomaco and will be returning for another after my lease is up.
