Being a customer for almost decade, love this dealership for all their reputation of being professional in customer service and maintenance. For the past few years I've seen decreasing in services: . The service manager was top notch! Went over everything with me before and after my vehicle’s service. We pre-planned the next visit.
Completely unacceptable dealership. Their only goal is to sell at any cost, with zero respect for honesty or safety. In my experience, their reputation is worthless — they care more about closing a deal than the actual condition of the cars. Based on how they operate, it feels like even a licensed mechanic or salesperson could get in serious trouble if involved.
