It certainly feels like the team at Ancaster Toyota really care about the customer. When I brought my car in, I was immediately greeted with a smile. The service representative confirmed all that was going to be involved in the service. While I know they are busy, and I expect the service to take a while, I was more than pleasantly surprised when my car was ready in less then an hour.
Was in to have snow tires switched for summer tires, took advantage of spring detail package. Spring service package. The detail package was done very well, I was very satisfied with the results. Service package though pricy made the SUV seem to run better. First time using shuttle service was a pleasant experience, very friendly gentleman driver. Overall it was a good experience. I received my vehicle back in the time promised.
Good spring service apt.: tires & oil changed, cabin filter replaced. No other services were required. The work done was provided with good customer support focus.
Got my car washed fudge not expect this. In and out fast.
Everything went as planned, they were on time taking my vehicle and it was on time for completion. They have good coffee. I didn’t give 5 ⭐️’s for pricing, could have been a little less.
