I did business with JD and Deb from the Ancaster location. I had a really great, positive experience and highly recommend this location. Super easy to get in and of the storage unit also.

These are guys are professional and friendly. They offer exceptional service - my label did not scan and they offered to print a new one for me. So appreciate the excellent customer service.

Picked up a 15’ truck this morning and the woman assisting me was amazing. She was so lovely, helpful and professional. I was unaware that I had an electronic pickup but she stepped in and got everything done for me. Before I left she walked me out to the truck and made sure I knew how to open the back door and that I was comfortable with the truck. Then I was on my way and very happy.

Been looking for a reputable place to rent a U-Haul as well as a safe and secure storage facility for my belongings, called and spoke to JD and he was honestly such a HUGE help and answered all my questions with such professionalism and to boot the rates are pretty great compared to competitors, will 100% be using Ancaster mini storage and U-Haul as my go too place for both when I’m ready! Thank you so much!!
