My 80-year-old mother was recently a victim of ANC’s unscrupulous business practices. She was induced to sign a contract in October of 2018, it had no firm quote, completion date or even a start date. When she recently tried to place a mortgage on her property she found out a lien had been placed for $1500, as part of their commencement notice.
