First of all The customer service at the place was horrible. just because you're talking in a different language doesn't mean people can't read the tone of what you're saying. It seems like they were complaining every time we asked for something. They didn't have anything that we asked for. Horrible service, rude employees, and will not listen or say they cannot do a particular design when asked up front. Instead, they mess up, laugh about it, and get mad when you show say its not what you requested.
I brought in a reference photo and asked for a simple black French tip. Unfortunately, the set I received looked nothing like the inspiration. The French tips are uneven and much thicker than I requested, the smile lines are inconsistent, and the nail shapes don’t match from finger to finger. I asked multiple times during the appointment if the nails could be made sharper and more almond-shaped, but my concerns were ignored and the shape was never corrected.
