Cam and Dylan just installed a gas insert for me and could not have done a better job! Extremely respectful of my space, time and belongings, communicated clearly and effectively. It looks amazing. Now I am looking forward to the chilly weather!
Jake & Jeremy did a fine job… Very knowledgeable. However, the dispatch scheduling was atrocious. Two times service calls were scheduled and were “no shows”… we were told that we had been contacted both times for rescheduling. However, we had not been contacted and no message/update received. Extremely annoying as we needed to be present for those service calls.
