I was very pleased with the Professionalism and Attention To Detail that both Zach Torrance and his partner Zach demonstrated during the Installation of my new Valor 3.5 Gas Fireplace. They both kept me well informed as to the Project's Status and of each step in the process. I highly recommend this Team of Installers. Rivington Bruce Bisland Jr.
Our installation ended up being more of a chore than was initially expected but the two Zach's were flexible, creative, and did a great job. The only complaint I have is that one of them didn't know what a stegosaurus is. The sales process was also great, Lloyd is personable and knowledgeable and helped answer all of our questions. Would recommend these folks if you need a stove or liner installed.
