Terrible service and lack of empathy and professionalism,A patient who came to the clinic for the first time with hypertension was denied service because he wasn't registered in the system and the staff was to busy today a process that takes 30 min and medical offices have something called medical courtesy. Pesimo servicio y falta se empatia , un nuevo paciente que acudio hoy a la clinica con presion alta y no fue a tendido por no estar en el sistema

Dr Andy Puntonet is absolutely incredible! Just had my yearly check up with her, and she made me feel very comfortable with the process and was very reassuring. It is not easy to find a doctor with this kind of personality, character, and skillset. I have full confidence with her and look foward to having her as my primary for the foreseeable future.
