Nick was patient, friendly, and also responsive to any issues or questions I had. Very respectful as well.
The owner Nick allegedly replaced a $115 muffler on a car I was interested in without telling me when he was doing it, without showing me an invoice, and without having me sign anything. I told him before signing that I wasn’t interested in the car (due to his incredibly rude behavior - consistently dismissive and belittling over a week long period from just asking him basic questions). I recently bought a 2016 Chevy Malibu from Anava in Whitman and had a great experience from start to finish. The car was in excellent condition. Clean, well-kept, and exactly as described. About a month in, I noticed a minor issue and brought it back. They took care of it free of charge. Nick helped with the whole process and he was friendly, honest, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Highly recommend if you’re looking.
