I’ve purchased 5 homes now and John is hands down the best inspector I’ve ever had. Very detailed. John spent 90 minutes on a condo. Several of the inspectors I’ve had spent less than 20 or 30 minutes (for larger homes; like single family or townhouses). Great value and very thorough. John gets my highest recommendation.

John did an awesome work. He walked, crawled, climbed and crouched through every corner of the house and made sure he had everything in his report. He took pictures and notes through every step to make sure no details are left out. He briefed me about everything, give me an estimate and ways to fix things.
