Anatomy exceeded my expectations in every way. When I landed in Miami, I was looking for a gym that was at least decent and had a proper cold plunge setup. Anatomy went far beyond that. The facilities are top level, the equipments are excellent, and the classes are very well run. The cold plunge pool deserves a special mention — it was a key factor for me, and Anatomy absolutely nailed it. Last but not least, the staff is outstanding. Having experienced Anatomy both as a former team member and now as a member, I can honestly say the standard of excellence is real and consistent. I regularly train at Anatomy Doral and Anatomy South Beach, and both locations deliver an outstanding experience every time. At Doral, Hannah and Joaquin do an exceptional job leading the club, and at South Beach, Lauren and Rick create an incredible environment, also Isabel shines the South Beach club.
