Anatomy exceeded my expectations in every way. When I landed in Miami, I was looking for a gym that was at least decent and had a proper cold plunge setup. Anatomy went far beyond that. The facilities are top level, the equipments are excellent, and the classes are very well run. Having experienced Anatomy both as a former team member and now as a member, I can honestly say the standard of excellence is real and consistent. I regularly train at Anatomy Doral and Anatomy South Beach, and both locations deliver an outstanding experience every time. At Doral, Hannah and Joaquin do an exceptional job leading the club, and at South Beach, Lauren and Rick create an incredible environment, also Isabel shines the South Beach club. I seriously love this gym, especially training with Valentina. She’s truly taught me how to lift the right way—with proper posture and technique so I don’t injure myself. If you’re chasing that glute pump, want a killer leg day, and are all about those thickness girl body goals … I 100% recommend booking a session with her!
