This wonderful company made my first prosthesis recently. I couldn’t be happier with my leg. The whole experience was first class. Shandon is a caring clinician, artist and technician rolled into one. Malerie knows what you need and delivers before you can ask. Nick has provided great follow-up. This is a company that conveys real care and concern for their patients.
Not organized. I do not recommend this business. Poor secretarial skills.
This place is so short staffed ( their words) that they cannot offer the care to their patients that they deserve. We have been waiting for over a month since our visit to not even have any paper work sent into insurance company yet! Every time I call it’s we are waiting on paper work from doctor, we have all the paper work but we have been so short staffed, the weather is bad outside and not sure if the lady that is handling your paper work will even get in today.
