Rachel is a great reflexologists. She is really knowledgable, friendly and knows what shes doing. I have been to several therapist. If you never tried reflexology you should definitely try it, you will be surprised how effective it is. Rachel won't disappoint, I've been getting monthly treatments for years and it helps with my physical and mental well being as well as helps when I'm in a stressful times to relieve the tension. Try it once and you will keep going back.
