I am grateful to have the opportunity to receive reflexology treatments from Rachel especially because I am at a very challenging/interesting “mid-age” point in my life. Do yourself a favour and book yourself a session with Rachel! 4 weeks ago, I didn’t know who she was, and now after the 4th session, I realize what a gem she is 💎 — I am feeling wayyy better, physically, mentally, and emotionally. If you suffer from any type of bodily pain, before considering surgery or chiropractic adjustments, go see Rachel at Anatomic Health and Beauty! I have been suffering sharp pains throughout my back, due severe spinal stenosis (C5, C6, C7 and L4, L5) from a nasty car accident 5 years ago.
