Took 40 min to get anything from the nihht nurses, the day nurses if i asked for anything it was done right then and there. I had an ear ache asked for my doctor to look at it with his phone flashlight then he said I need a scope to look in your ear and said id be back and then left and never came back.
My boyfriend was admitted for 12 days and they were absolutely amazing at this hospital! He received the best care the entire time he was there. They were thorough and informed him if everything that was going on. I am forever grateful for the hospitalist who was there everyday making sure he was healing and listened to our concerns.
Dana and her teammate were outstanding! This has been a consistent experience with the MRI department. Scheduling needs some work - both times I have been in there has been some inconsistent information regarding check in times and when the appointment actually is. Both times I’ve been told to check in 30 minutes later than expected, which delays not only my appointment, but everyone prior and following. Had a CT scan, everyone was kind and friendly. The table was comfortable. Was in and out very quickly.
