He's always right about my high blood pressure. I was the stubborn one. Now, I am on all the right meds, and, well; he was right from the start!!
So sad that Dr T has retired. He was absolutely fantastic.
I have been a patient of Dr. Trakhtenbroit for over 20 years. He is the most caring, compassionate and knowledgable cardiologist. He takes time to carefully help his patients understand test results, treatments, etc. I am saddened that he left San Antonio. I highly recommend him to the people of Bandera!
I feel very confident in the care I am receiving from Dr. Trakhtenbroit. He has provided care to three generations of our family. We are grateful for his expertise. Whenever there has been a complicated event, he provides a clear explanation of the plan he proposes. When test results are reviewed, he always takes the time to explain their meaning. It is a blessing to be one of his patients.

Doctor Trakhtenbroit has excellent knowledge of his chosen profession. He is very concerned for his patients and their needs. He will assess their situation, react with the proper course of action and continue with dedicated follow up. His dedication, concern, knowledge and professionalism are “top of the class” and this only means 100% great medical care for his patients. One more thing: he has a very nice, pleasing and empathetic demeanor and personality.
I met Dr. Trakhtenbroit in the Methodist ER in 2009. He saved my life and I will forever be grateful. He is knowledgeable, thorough, takes his time with you in your appointments and is personable. I have referred him to my family & friends over the past several years and they agree he is a wonderful doctor. We are fortunate to have him for our cardiologist.
