Move in, this place was bad. Floor damage, cabinets falling apart, back door has break in marks, half done repairs, leaking faucets.The maintenance team was horrendous and would either take days/weeks to show up, not repair things or just never show. I lived here for 5 years in the north side. The dog park is a safety hazard with the fence broken (for years), dog tunnel installed on the wrong side so paws get stuck and the park itself has no actual grass just weeks, stickers and crab grass all while advertised as luxury. As somebody who has been here a year and a half if not a little bit longer, I have posted my original review of Anatole under Grayson. Now because I’ve already wrote a review it won’t let me go back in underneath that email that I have. So here goes it I had a work order put in yesterday and I’ll be shocked that they came that day and fixed my work order. The maintenance here are absolutely fantastic! The office is very helpful! It's a big complex, but anytime I needed anything they come fairly quick.
The Anatole has a whole new team in the office, and they are amazing!!!! The leasing agents are very helpful, they work hard to get things done. Michelle the manager is very sweet and understanding when it comes to life changes. Tammy is amazing as well, she’s so kind and caring. Keep up the good work ladies!!!!
