We came in to tour an apartment and Buffy showed us everything we wanted to see and explained everything in detail. We appreciate her for taking the time to show us the apartments and answering all of our questions!
Don’t move here! My building has a roach infestation; keep my apartment CLEAN but that does nothing, and I’ve gone to the office multiple times about it. Just today did they finally say they would “fog” my apartment; only after stating I wanted to move to another unit. Move in, this place was bad. Floor damage, cabinets falling apart, back door has break in marks, half done repairs, leaking faucets.The maintenance team was horrendous and would either take days/weeks to show up, not repair things or just never show. I lived here for 5 years in the north side. The dog park is a safety hazard with the fence broken (for years), dog tunnel installed on the wrong side so paws get stuck and the park itself has no actual grass just weeks, stickers and crab grass all while advertised as luxury. As somebody who has been here a year and a half if not a little bit longer, I have posted my original review of Anatole under Grayson. Now because I’ve already wrote a review it won’t let me go back in underneath that email that I have. So here goes it I had a work order put in yesterday and I’ll be shocked that they came that day and fixed my work order. The maintenance here are absolutely fantastic! The office is very helpful! It's a big complex, but anytime I needed anything they come fairly quick.
