Has gone downhill since I moved in---have since moved out for several reasons- Community wise--you have to remind maintenance that you put in a ticket. The overall look of the place has changed due to neglect more than anything else--there is an island by bldg 4 that was really nice and clean when I moved in but now it is just a pile of whatever anyone wants to throw in there---you can't see around the growth which makes it dangerous for kids riding their bikes and boards. From my first tour to the confirmation of my rental contract, the whole process took only five days. She offered incredible support during the approval process since my funds come from outside the U.S., and I truly appreciate her help. The apartment is clean, new, and well-maintained — I’m so happy to have found my first home in the United States!
Well kept community, with up to date amenities in a decent neighborhood. Situated close to the Daytona Speedway, Tanger Outlets and Interstate access. The Management company-Ventura has an easy application process and Courtney and Jade in the office are excellent with communication.
