I'm amazed this person actually owns a business. She doesn't work hard. As a business owner myself, I answer emails within a hour. If I don't have an answer, then I still respond letting the individual know I'm still researching their answer. After repeated attempts via email and over 24 hours later, she finally responded via text which I needed to decipher because she wasn't using complete sentences. So, no she's not professional and I'm glad I dodged the bullet on this one.

Anat is a no non-sense, very profesdional, agent who knows the business very well. She is straight forward, real, helpful, thoughtful and no matter how busy she is, she gives her clients the feeling that they are her only ones. It's a pleasure doing business with her.

As out of state landlord, we are very lucky to find Anat and have her manage our property there. We heard a lot of bad experiences as out of state landlord, and this happened to us as well.
