RecommendedAnat is a terrific, brilliant teacher--she's wise, profound, warm, inspirational, and she moves like a 22 year old. I always say--you want to learn from someone who can do what they're teaching--Anat can do that, and so much more. She's spectacular--one of the real teachers and minds of this era, perhaps, in any field--her work touches on a variety of spheres, from child development, to somatics, to cognition and pedagogies--take her classes, meet her--however you can.
It is fun and stimulating for both the brain and body! It helps me feel and think in new and enjoyable ways! It makes good common sense! I have back/scoliosis/posture issues, I hope it helps some with these. But the ABM method is much more than for a specific problem, it transforms everyday living. The free 6 online classes motivated me to try the videos I already purchased. I loved all the free classes! Anat is a GREAT teacher with clear explanations! THANK YOU ANAT and STAFF!
