They were fantastic. Great energy, vibe, very fast and sweet to him since he was scared it might hurt.
Fantastic salon! The ladies are so friendly. I told my stylist not too tight because my hair is a little thin, she respected my concerns and asked throughout the appointment how it felt. The booking online is so easy and they sat me immediately. I felt great, looked great & it lasted my entire vacation. Will definitely come back & highly recommend to others!
Booked an appointment for 3:00, had to leave by 3:45 cause I still wasn’t helped
Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. I booked an appointment for my daughter’s locs to be washed and retwisted. Instead, the stylist decided to interlock her locs without my approval. That was not the service I requested. When I picked my daughter up, her hair was not neat or properly styled. I was told they thought she was getting a shape-up, but that was never communicated to me. The stylist also did not speak English, which appeared to contribute to the miscommunication. Customer service is a 0/10 1. i asked for color 2 and got 1B 2. I did not get the style i wanted, Instead they gave me whatever and charged me an extra $50 after sitting for 5hrs for it. 3. I repeatedly asked the lady to not braid tight and she did the complete opposite. 4.Since getting braids i have hair loss on the nape of my neck and tension bumps around my hairline due to the stylist negligence. Dont go if you care about your hair.
