I WILL NEVER AGAIN!!! This law firm use to be so good. But it’s not any more. I’ve use this law firm since my kids were little and they are grown and have been using them for auto accident needs. Rolando was professional, patient and kind. He was a great listener. I explained what happened during my brother's accident and he never interrupted. Was very respectful and showed empathy for my loss. He was very thorough during the entire process. He guided me through the next steps that I needed to take. He took prompt actions and contacted me very quick.
