They will not talk to their clients and take a really long time to pay up.
I would not recommend this company after having my case for 17 months just wasted my time they told me I had a case and then took the case and sent me a welcome package at that and said I had a case for them and signed documents as well ……and called me 07/24/2025 and said they couldn’t help me smh 🤦♀️ people don’t do like me and waste time please check them out first smh
This law firm may have served many clients well. But, after the intake, I received little to no communication about the status of my case. Getting on contact with someone who was assigned my case was beyond challenging. I didn't hear from an actual attorney until the first settlement offer was made. My case went into settlement in November 2022. I still have not receive my check and no one at the law seems to be able to tell me when I will receive payment. I was issued a check 2 months ago for both my daughters. I took both check to Wells Fargo(who the law firm bank with) and only one check was verified and cashed. The other check could not be verified.I got in touch with the bank to let them no what was going on…. First problem with law firm is I’m still waiting on the checks since April. Wow!! Secondly I called over 10 and the receptionist always relaying a message to accountant, but you can never speak with no one in accountant and not even a supervisors just a receptionis... read more
They wasted more than 18 months of my time. Wouldn’t return phone calls. My personal feeling unless you have a MEGA-BUCK injury?? AVOID At AlLL COST!! My personal experience would I wouldn’t recommend them to carry out my TRASH. Again my personal opinion, totally lacking in professionalism when it comes to customer service. I would suggest you call “Who Do Sue and How.”😂😂😂🦨🦨🐀🐀 as for stars minus 1
