Very Unprofessional and Disrespectful Doctor Terrible service, It' has been a tremendous waste of my time to be Dr. Mavrakis's patient. Every time he made me wait in the exam room for almost about 1 hours and half and when he came he rushed me and di not want to answer my questions. He doesn't even follow up with lab results and whenever something was out of range, I was the one contacting him. This Black witch want ti come and argue with me when I told her I have been driving around trying to park and couldn't find parking. I am coming from Andover and I am not familiar with the area.
If I could give this man 0 stars I would. My most recent visit was nothing more than a follow up for the doctor to tell me everything looked normal and healthy. I waited for him for half an hour, after which he came in and spoke to me for all of two minutes before seeing me out. He then overcharged me for his services, AND THEN LEFT THE PRACTICE, PREVENTING ME FROM DISPUTING HIS CHARGE. Despicable, unprofessional, and sickening. Dr. Mavrakis, is a very responsible doctor. He follows up with his patients and their lab results. Until his patient isn’t well, he won’t stop helping them. He is very perseverant and observant. He explains his prescriptions with detailed explanations and he answers questions thoughtfully. I’m very happy with him, and I would recommend him to anyone in need of a family doctor(PCP).
