I had a 3:00 appointment and was there about 2:40. Around 3:20 I was called into the room for them to check my vitals but a receptionist entered the room and called the lady who was about to do my vitals out of the room. Shortly after the woman returned to tell me she made a mistake and will call me next. Said my appointment was for 3:00 but someone else was in front of me in line and had to call her in.
