Dr. Manessis is a very competent physician, however the administration of the office is very poor. My daughter had thyroid cancer and following the biopsy they did not inform her for two months. To make matters worse they blamed her for not being able to use the app (which is totally dysfunctional). Also, while this provider is in network for our insurance (which we verified in advance) they sent the biopsy to a lab that is out of network, creating a trail of billing problems.

The staff are real people who genuinely care, not automated systems or robots. Great dr receptionist are great but I get there early with a diabetic father and I still wait. The wait is over an hour. Why bother making an appt. Nexttime, I'll show up 8am for 930am appt and pray 930am I'm seen
