As a male client, I was welcomed into a friendly environment. Brittany was the tech that worked with me for my facial hair wax session. She was highly accomodating and understanding of how painful my first session would be due to how coarse my facial hair is. The wax that was used is a soft wax with a smell that's similar to lemon honey tea, which I personally like. I expected to just go in, get my face waxed, then leave.
