NP in Dr. Leak's office. We waited in the waiting room for 50 minutes. We were on time to the APPOINTMENT. Total lack of regard for patient's time. We experience this wait every time we see her even for a simple followup. Front desk personnel couldn't give us a straight answer as to why the 45 minute delay. We walked out. We won't be going back.
