Dr Luniova provided us with great care and explained things very well! She was professional, and knowledgeable. Going into pediatric neurology for something involving your child can be scary.. she showed compassion and made us feel seen, and gave me great information and next steps.
Dr. Luniova is the only doctor that my 11 year old son actually tells random people and kids how great she is. She has a wealth of knowledge and a wonderful personality.
My wife recently took our daughter to see this pediatric doctor, and the experience was unacceptable. The doctor never listened to my wife’s concerns or our daughter’s experiences. Instead, she immediately jumped to labeling our child as “selfish” and “OCD,” and even made comments about parenting, which felt dismissive and inappropriate. When testing was done, my wife asked about the EEG results, and the doctor’s response was simply, “Well, she has a brain.” No meaningful explanation or next steps were provided.
