Busy area. Not really locally walkable. Room was great
I've had a great experience with Anastasi. I approached them to inquire about selling them my tiny "tear down" house and property. I wanted a fast sale and didn't want to fix things that needed fixing. I was sure a developer would scoop it right up. After speaking with Don Butts he crunched numbers and told me I could sell it for way more than I thought. I'm glad I stopped in that day.
Wouldn’t trust them , speaking from experience here !
