l had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I began my appointment with gel removal on my hands while also starting a pedicure. The manicurist was polite and informative about pricing, which I appreciated, although she didn’t seem very confident when filing. Unfortunately, the pedicure itself was rushed and uncomfortable. Instead of communicating, the technician repeatedly tapped/slapped my leg to move it, which felt unprofessional. When she finished, she said nothing and simply walked away. Service is polite, professional, and prompt. I had an appointment but walk-ins are accepted. It took the nail technician several tries to get my request correct (language barrier because I don’t speak Spanish) but eventually the outcome was perfect.
Amazingggg place where they do the most incredible nail designs!!! Never misses when I go here. All the staff are incredibly sweet and recommend this place to any of my friends when they are in South Beach
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this nail salon! It’s my absolute favorite in all Miami!! From the moment you walk in, the space is beautifully organized and clean, creating such a relaxing atmosphere. I literally love Anais Nail Salon! Every time I go, my nails come out AMAZING. The whole team is so talented and they always do such a great job. What I love most is how welcoming everyone is — they make you feel right at home. All of the workers are so kind and treat you so well every time you walk in. It’s honestly my favorite nail salon and I always leave so happy with my nails. Highly recommend!
