I feel completely misled by the pricing. Before starting the service, I specifically asked about the price and was given an amount. However, when it was time to pay, I was charged almost double. When I questioned the unexpected increase, I was told that the gel used on my nails had a different price. This was never explained to me beforehand, nor was I given the option to accept or decline the additional service and cost.
