I’ve been coming to this salon for quite some time, and I want to leave honest, fair feedback based on my experiences. The front desk staff are consistently curt and unfriendly. This isn’t a cultural difference, I come from a different culture myself and understand that norms vary, but basic warmth and friendliness are expected in any customer service setting, and that has been consistently lacking here. My sister and I went and we were both disappointed with our manicures. I got regular polish and she got shellac polish. We felt that the actual manicure wasn’t well done (very little cuticle cleaning, cuticles weren’t pushed back/trimmed well), which is the main reason to go out and pay for a manicure. Most people can paint their own nails but not everyone has all the tools to do a manicure on themselves… so we were disappointed about the low quality of the manicure.
