Anna-, you did an awesome job on this tropical arrangement. Not easy to do in Washington state. Thank you for ordering the flowers and getting something really unique and tropical. The Flowers are beautiful, but the delivery was not good at all. Our out of town family sent us flowers, we got them a day late, had no idea they were coming until I got a phone call from said family member asking if we received them. I said no, but had a weird phone call earlier today from Door Dash that didn't speak english so i couldn't understand him & told him "wrong number" Long story short- my son went to throw out the trash in the alley and the flowers & card were placed in a box in the alley behind our garage door. ... read more

Extremely impressed with the customer service at Ana’s flowers. The owner was so kind on the phone and made it easy to pick the arrangement and add a note. The flowers were delivered the same day and were very reasonably priced. I will definitely use this shop again!
