We’ve been using Ana’s Cleaning Service for several months at this point. We are very happy with the care and attention they take cleaning our home. Would recommend!
Ana and her cleaning team have been a great addition to our routine. She met with us to determine what we were looking for and was receptive to some main priorities (minimal scents). Her team was punctual and thorough. Ana stopped by day of our first cleaning to make sure things were going well and stayed in touch afterwards to make sure it met our expectations even corrected a question I had on the floors.
My home is cleaned every Friday. I am a bit of a neat freak so I was worried at first that my personal things would be moved around and not returned to its place. That is really not an issue. Because I still work full-time, it is so nice to have my weekends back to myself and not spend it cleaning a large house.
I have been using Ana’s cleaning service for 3 years and I absolutely love them. The ladies always do a great job and even work around my clutter on days that I am not able to tidy up. On the rare occasion that I am not satisfied with a specific aspect of the cleaning, then I inform Ana and they correct it. They have also been flexible when I occasionally needed to cancel late due to an unexpected family issue, like illness. I’ll continue using them for the foreseeable future.
