Rating this one star for the doctor's overall pleasant personality. But that's all I can do. The doctor is clearly out of his depth when it comes to more than generalized GI issues. Spent a year trying to get him to investigate further, but he refused to research or question any of the additional concerns brought to him. Basically another doctor that is just collecting money vs actually treating the patient. Issues were never resolved and actually got worse over time.
Great doctor and a great specialist. We have gone to quite a handful of docs before finding Dr.Bitar and he showed the same care and concern I was feeling about my child’s stomach issues. He always called back within an hour when I had any questions about treatment or changes in symptoms and he is just excellent. I cannot recommend him enough!
