The detail itself was fine, but I received my Cadillac back with one of the letters riveted to the floor mat missing. The owner was very responsive and provided me with pictures that were pixelated and did not show the mat in question. He deemed they were not at fault. I take pride in the appearance of my vehicle, I was not asking for the price of the full detail back, just the amount to replace the factory original floor mats. I WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING THIS BUSINESS TO FRIENDS OR FAMILY.
