Cynthia (Aventura location) is the best � I'm really picky about my eyebrows and she takes the time to listen to what I want, then actually does it. I highly recommend her! The only things I dislike about this place is that I always have some sort of wait (even with an appointment) and you cannot leave a tip on your card.
It was my first time at that location and I love it!! Excellent customer service and the lady who did my eyebrows was very efficient and I was out of there quick! I will be going there from now on and I am telling all my friends about them!!
I don't knw about there other places but there University Dr. Pembroke Pines Fl. Location is truely a sucky for customer service. They over book appts. You make an appt. One, two weeks in advance you arrive 15 mins early and its 2 hrs and your still sitting around waiting. That for hair, your appt for eyebrows that is just as bad you make an appt. But they take appt then no appt so if your a 5 pm your gonna be taken 15 - 20 mins after. Or you make an appt. And when you arrive they tell you oh no you never made an appt. Sorry... read more

I spoke to my staff at the Pines location. Your daughter had an appointment for her hair . The salon was exceptionally busy because schools reopened on Monday. You and your daughter did not have an appointment for eyebrow shaping. You insisted on seeing a particular artist who was booked back to back, and there were guests with appointments and walk ins before you who were waiting their turn patiently. Me encanto! Ya había ido antes a otros lugares pero nada fue igual, había tenido malas experiencias. Pero aquí me sentí diferente y mis cejas quedaron perfectas! Sharon es la mejor! No sentí mucho dolor o mejor dicho, nada de dolor, sus manos son suaves. Tienen excelente atención. Volveré, sin duda. Ellos no hablan español, pero Sharon fue muy amable al tratar de hablar conmigo en español y explicarme todo.
So glad I got the groupon my eyebrows have never looked this good !!
