She was referred to us from a labor and delivery doctor and by far the best referral I've gotten so far.she is verry kind and attentive and definitely can tell she cares about her job. I know I was a bugaboo about my newborn and I know it but she was very nice and informative each and every time I called her. Her staff though do not compliment her at all all and really should be replaced.
Dr Gunder is the epitome of what a Pediatrician should be. She is so genuine and caring and able to communicate both with the patient and the parents. She cares about everything with the child not just their health. Even her office staff, the nurses and Danielle are amazing. We came to her apprehensively after loosing Dr H whom I had been going to for 40 years with children and grandchildren as she was taking over his practice. And I believe it was Divine intervention.
Dr. Gunder is the bomb...... EXCELLENT pediatrician. BUT if you don't change that office staff.....They are going to send most if not all of your clients away.
I really like Dr. Gunder! She enthusiastic about helping her patients. She explains things well and gives great advice. However, some of the staff are careless and unprofessional. Now I know Covid has impacted her practice as well as many other healthcare providers but some staffers are using it as an excuse to be lazy. My newborns appointments were either scheduled wrong or cancelled twice(2). She’s a newborn for goodness sake, you should always confirm dates or call if you need to reschedule or cancel.
