I had a great experience with Kazlan at Ananda Salon. I haven’t had my hair highlighted in many years and was a little nervous it would come out too blonde, but Kazlan was great! She asked me what I wanted and we talked about how we could get my hair there. I liked that she didn’t pressure me into buying the Aveda products, I ended up doing a botanical repair treatment as part of my service but I didn’t feel pressured into doing it - which was refreshing. Saw Shelby for first time and she was magical with the scissors. New to the shag/bangs definitely a skilled cut and she nailed it! Will be back for sure.

Had an appointment set for today 2-3-2026 at 11:30. Always schedule my next appointment before leaving the previous appt. The receptionist was cool and said there was nothing scheduled. I asked her to check to see if I had the wrong time or date. She looked up my number and said nothing was scheduled today or any other day. Never offered to see what may have happened or see if she could resolve the issue. Let me walk out the door and obviously I will never come back.
