Felt compelled to write this review. I have been going to ananda for many years now and never had a problem until this visit. The short woman at the front desk with round glasses and dark hair was one of the rudest and most condescending people I have ever met. She made me feel very uncomfortable and refused to tell me her name when I asked a few times.
