Five month waiting period during which I changed my primary care provider. A week before , I get a phone call saying my referral is no longer effective. I call my insurance company which provides written evidence that the referral is still effective and I contact this practice informing them of this, they say my appointment is still fine. On the day of the appointment, I wait 1.5 hours only for them to tell me the referral is invalid and to reschedule in 3 more months.
Amazing doctor and staff!!
This man did not help me at all , never drew my blood once , and wanted to cut my back open and put a battery pack in my back like I’m 80…. He never wanted to get to the root of the problem . Sad. Really sad
Dr. Mohapatra is the third urologist in the Augusta area that has seen my son regarding issues he has experienced since birth. Dr. M has been the most thorough with his diagnosis and has been very helpful and honest about our situation. He and his staff are kind, caring, and compassionate. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of urology assistance!
