Bland as they come, service slow as possible – Anamias - Bland City on August 16, 2009 Anamia's is a popular local place because of its sheer location, right between several middle-upper subdivisions in Flower Mound. Anamia's Tex-Mex Enjoyed the food and the service was good. We enjoy sitting outside when possible even though we overlooked Southlake Blvd. Conveniently located. Food was hot and as expected.
Great lunch spot – The only thing that I can say about Anamia's in the negative is that too many people like it! When trying to get a table for lunch, if you have more than a couple of people with you, definitely call ahead. The tables are a bit too close for comfort, and in a crowded place it is hard to hear the people in your own party over the noise. The food here is excellent! One of my favorites! Anamia's is one of my favorite tex-mex restaurants. It has a great location and awesome food. Their salsa is definitely one of my favorites. The patio is great to sit on during a warm day.
Great food, excellent for kids and groups. – We are frequent visitors to Anamia's in Southlake. Why? Simply it is the **best** tex-mex food this side of town... and we are known for driving hours just to have good Tex-Mex food. The menu is simple, the portions generous and the service great. Great Mexican Flavors Anamias has some really great mexican food to chose from. This location is very convenient and great for a lunch get away from the office. If you are not at work, definitely try their margharitas as they are amazing.
Not what it used to be.... – We have been going to this particular Anamia's for about 3 years. We are there almost every Friday evening. The food has always been OK, but very decently priced, BUT the margaritas have always been exceptional.
