Very rude and cold Dr. She talked down to me and made me feel like a small child being scolded. She only wanted to have answers to questions she asked and not have me volunteer anything else. As a new patient I felt she did not really take the time to get to know me and the appointment was rushed. She did not examine me. She gave me hard time with referrals saying it is expensive to go to too many Drs and she can handle most things. She scolded me several times for trying to give input. If I could give zero stars I would. BEWARE, although you have insurance, they will not see you unless you put a credit card on file. They don't tell you this upfront, they let you waste your time first.
I THINK SHE IS A GOOD DOCTOR BUT SHE DOESN'T HAVE EMPATHY WITH HER PATIENTS. SHE DOESN'T TALK, DOESN'T LOOK INTO THE PERSON'S EYES, SHE SPEAKS SO LOW THAT YOU CAN'T HEAR... SHE IS ALWAYS IN A HURRY, SHE ANSWERS QUICKLY.
My daughter, Victoria, recently visited Dr. Apoltan because she noticed a visible lump on her thyroid. She is in medical school and came prepared with photos showing the lump. Unfortunately, her experience with Dr. Appleton was very disappointing. Despite my daughter pointing out the lump and requesting an examination, Dr. Apoltan barely evaluated her neck and quickly dismissed her concerns, stating she could not feel anything. Es una dr muy grosera prepotente es solo lo que ella dice lo que tu vas a decir no vale no escucha a sus pacientes y nada profesional! No le gusta responder preguntas, muy desagradable visita y experiencia con ella no ma recomiendo en lo absoluto…
