Latte was great - nutty and full of aroma. Americano wasn't as good as it was a bit acidic to me. We also ordered breakfast sandwiches which needed to be ordered separately after ordering drinks. We did not like the sandwich. The ambiance was very cozy and chill. The only downside is the lack of parking. We went there around 8am on Sunday and had to drive around for 15 mins to finally parked as somebody was leaving.
Enjoyed one of the pour overs and a pastry from Macarina bakery. Pour over was very good - seems like they will usually have 3 on rotation. Probably the best coffee shop I’ve tried in Seattle for their coffee alone. However note that lines get very long on weekend mornings so best to arrive early.
Analog became my go-to breakfast place for the year I lived on the same block. Honestly, I miss it more than I miss my old apartment! I'm not a coffee snob but I've never been dissatisfied with one of their lattes. The seasonal in-house syrups are really tasty too, I want the date syrup to be back in season!
