Do NOT use this pediatrician! Her office staff are incompetent and I believe she is too…or she has no idea what her office staff are doing. My 3 month old granddaughter is a patient who has severe acid reflux and screams after every feeding. The doctor finally prescribed an oral suspension for a PPI but did not submit a prrauthorization for insurance to pay for a $250 medication. My daughter has tried doing a 3 way call with the insurance company multiple times to get this done so she can get the medication but they won’t an... read more
