I was standing by the drivers side when the gentleman who cleaned my car realized he had forgotten to spray the interior with freshener. He quickly sprayed each floor mat with the oil based spray. When he came around to the passenger door he sprayed the passenger seat!!! I’ve returned 3 times to speak to Ismael, the manager. Each time he’s attempted to wash the seat stain with no improvement. Got my BMW X5 detailed here, for $200, they doused the car in polishing fluid inside, so much that it was dripping. DUE TO THIS...THEY FRIED MY MEDIA CONTROLLER. I cannot control my navigation, settings, phone, bluetooth, NOTHING. We reported it to the owner/manager. He took no responsibility for it! Said he'd look into it, then called after a week and said they cannot see anything on the cameras and will not be taking care of it. Gave us no options to fix or help with anything.
