Transferred here from a different VA from a different state. Dr Patel literally did not look into my history at all before this appointment and did not listen to any of the previous diagnosis made, medications taken, and the conclusions made by previous doctors. He also interrupted my explanation multiple times and to ask me to explain as if he wasn't listening. The staff is pretty attentive here. Always willing to help, and always seem to be positive.
Just wanted to thank the entire staff at this facility as an Vietnam Air Force Veteran I never felt so welcomed as I do here but like other veterans I’m worried about our economy and it’s effects on proper staffing and services to all veterans that call this facility our home.JuanP Aim High
