Extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel may be old but with staff as kind and with such willingness to make sure to accommodate you, those details are easily overlooked. Thank you for your hospitality. The world could use more people like you.
I stayed there for 4 nights, March 9-12 and each and every morning the smoke alarm started chirping between 5:30 and 5:45am. The man at the desk said that he was getting it fixed but clearly he was not telling the truth. Imagine being on vacation and being awakened every morning by the smoke alarm. I asked for compensation and the only thing that he said was “I’m sorry sir.” Awful awful awful. Two emails through their website have gone unanswered.
