Eddie was very friendly and helpfull. Great customer service!
My wife was right, based upon her research, Dr. Mirai is excellent, thorough, and was a kind and gentle Dentist. All the ladies in the staff were courteous and caring as well. Eddie was a standout. From phone calls to in person interaction, he was great! However, I kinda had a difficult time with the X Ray tech. His commands were not always clear and he fumbled a bit. I had to use common sense to discern and anticipate what I must do. But I’m sure he’ll be better next time.
This is one of the best dentistries I’ve been to in a while! Dr. Mirai is always super kind and understanding of the patient’s needs, and Eddie at the front desk is incredible at his job. Truly helpful no matter what. Love this place!
